OUR MEATS

Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Beef

We raise naturally grass-fed, grass-finished cattle. We carefully select the best grass for them and provide ample space to roam. The cattle grow at their natural rate and are never given growth hormones, antibiotics, corn, or any other GMO supplements. This way, we can ensure the best quality of life of the animal as well as the healthiest and most nutritious meat.

Pasture-Raised Chicken & Eggs

Our pasture-raised chickens roam and forage year-round in wide-open fields. We rotate small flocks on fresh green pastures to ensure a natural grass diet in a habitat free from stress or overcrowding. Their diet is supplemented with organic, non-GMO vegetarian feed and they are never given antibiotics or growth hormones. Our chicken and eggs are USDA-certified organic.

Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Beef

Labels can sometimes be misleading.

Take "grass-fed" beef for example.

To qualify as grass-fed, farmers have to feed their cattle only 30% grass. After this, their cattle can be supplemented with grains. Studies have shown that this compromises the quality of the meat and greatly reduces its health benefits.

By contrast, “grass-fed, grass-finished” means cattle eat a completely natural diet from day one.

Why Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Beef?

It’s better for you – more vital nutrients, heart-healthy fats such as Omega-3’s and antioxidants.

It’s better for the cattle – it’s the diet they were meant to eat!

It’s better tasting – imparts a richer, beefier flavor and more succulent meat.

Pasture-Raised Chicken

Studies have shown that pasture-raised chicken and eggs have more Vitamin D3, Vitamin E and Omega-3s than conventionally-raised meats and eggs. We believe our nutrient-rich chicken and eggs also taste better. In addition to obtaining USDA organic certification, our high standards in animal welfare has earned a Step 5 rating from the Global Animal Partnership.
